We
are pleased to announce that HAHMGS member Kelly Wilkinson donated
two painted New Kingdom Egyptian "Fast Warrior" armies
as prizes in the tournament.
One
went to the player who placed next to last, or "Best Sportsman
Award" and the other went to the out-of-towner who placed
highest in the tournament, or the "Long Rider Award".
(Definition of "Out-of-Towner" was anyone who lived
50 or more miles from Overland Park, where the con was held.)
Each
army was worth well over $100.00 each!
Not
bad for a free tournament!
THANKS,
KELLY!
