WTBL In Season Guidelines/Block Dates 2025

BEFORE EACH GAME:

Hit the REST ALL button on the lineup screen before each game.

This will reset injuries and reliever's tired #s.

Manually select the lineup for the visitor.

He may have custom lineups for particular pitchers.

HAL don't always pick the right one, and sometimes HAL likes to give
people days off.

The following settings are not allowed on HAL

MANAGER TENDANCIES
Using Relief-'Deadball Era'

INDIVIDUAL PITCHERS
'Do not let HAL Remove'

Teams may not get around this rule by telling other managers not to
remove starting pitchers until the '#th inning'. Teams may leave them
in as long as they want at home, but on the road they will have to live
with HAL.

LATE MANAGER PENALTIES

Any team that does not get their manager posted by the first sunday after the start of the block, loses their 10th round pick.

If they are late a second time, they lose thier 9th, and so on, and so on.

If that pick has been traded away, they lose the next highest pick.

4/7-4/24

4/25-5/11

Block 7

Block 8
8/18-9/7 (post-season trading deadline)

Block 9 (Expanded Rosters)
9/8-9/25 (traded players cannot be on post-season rosters)

Block 10 (Expanded Rosters)
9/26-10/12

New league roster and stat files will be posted to the IO group at the
start of each block.

During each block, no player movement is allowed.

Each team is required to send out a manager to the teams they play on
the road at the start of each block. Usually by posting to the IO group.

Results & stats must be reported to the Statkeeper (team 8) by midnight PST of the
Last Day of the Block.

Any games not received at that point, will be autoplayed.

Trades must be reported by both teams by the trade deadline to go into
effect for the next block.

At the start of each block is when teams may move players from their
minors to the majors and trades made in the last block take effect.

26 man active rosters. But you can have guys inactive on the road.

Blocks 1 & 2, 5 & 6, 9 & 10 are 15 game blocks vs your division, you will have 2 home & 3 road series in one and vice-versa in the next.

The rest are 18 game blocks and you will have 3 home & 3 road.
